While the staff were friendly, my experience was marred by the outdated room we received. The room didn't match the modern look shown in the photos, leaving me disappointed. the morning storm caused the beach bar to close, but when we tried to order a drink to enjoy by the pool, the waiter was unhelpful and rude, making the moment uncomfortable.

Staff was particularly helpful, with one receptionist named Rebecca going above and beyond to assist us.
